The purpose of Instructional Specialists is to provide assistance to schools and teachers in the development of Individual Education Plans to meet the needs of students with disabilities.  Training and support is given to teachers in meeting the diverse needs of students through systematic instructional planning.  Monthly reports are completed in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
