Instructional Facilitator

The purpose of the Instructional Facilitator is to provide leadership and supervision for special education programs from preschool through graduation for students with disabilities.Support and direction is provided to the Instructional Specialists in all schools as well as coordination of specific instructional training. A prioritized management system is maintained for accomplishing administrative and curricular tasks.

Gifted Facilitator

The purpose of the Gifted Facilitator is to provide leadership and supervision for gifted and talented programs from preschool to graduation for students identified as gifted and/or talented.  Support and direction is given to the Instructional Specialists in all schools as well as coordination of specific gifted and talented guideline and procedures.  Coordination of services as well as a prioritized management system is maintained for accomplishing administrative and curricular tasks.

 

Related Services Facilitator

The purpose of the Related Services Facilitator is to provide leadership and supervision for related services in special education programs from preschool to graduation for students with disabilities.   Support and direction is provided to the Adapted Education teachers, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Assistive Technology teachers.   Coordination of special transportation as well as a prioritized management system is maintained for accomplishing administrative and curricular tasks.

 

Preschool Coordinator

The purpose of the Preschool Coordinator is to provide leadership and supervision for preschool age children with disabilities in the Early Childhood Special Education classrooms and in inclusive preschool settings which include public school PreK, Head Start and Child Care Centers.  Support and direction is given to both the Early Childhood Special Education teachers and Itinerant Preschool Inclusion teachers.  Coordination of services as well as a prioritized management system is maintained for accomplishing

administrative and curricular tasks.
